Guide to Connect SOC Finance with Shortcuts to Record SMS Transactions

Step 1: Log in to SOC Finance under “Profile”
⇒ Select “Bank SMS Sync”

Step 2: Install the SOC Bank Sync Shortcut

Step 3: Return to SOC Finance to “Copy” the Use Id and Linked Bank Information

Step 4: Go back to the Shortcuts app to paste “User Id” and “Linked Bank”

⇒ In the Messages section, select “item” to display the bank entry and PASTE the selected bank name into the “Number” field

Step 5: Go back to the main page and select the “Automation” tab

⇒ Input or paste the bank name copied from SOC Finance into the “Message Contains” field

⇒ Next, link the created shortcut to “Messages” to run automatically upon receiving SMS

⇒ Shortcuts configuration completed

⇒ After receiving an SMS from the bank, Shortcuts will be activated to record the balance into SOC Finance

⇒ The first time will require permission to allow recording; select ALLOW, subsequent SMS transaction notifications will not need confirmation anymore
