App Security - Add the extra layer of safety

Just like in real life, no one locks a door and feels completely at ease without worrying, because a house is only truly secure when it is locked with an additional lock beside the main lock.
And in the digital world, at SOC Connect, your account is protected in a similar way.
In addition to your login password, SOC Connect also provides an added layer of “defense”, which is the App Security feature.
👉🏻 Imagine if someone borrows your phone or you accidentally leave it somewhere, they could access every app inside, but SOC Connect is not accessible!
👉🏻 Because in front of them is a personal PIN that only you know, and a biometric authentication request such as a fingerprint or Face ID that only you can “unlock”.
👉🏻 That is the second lock for your private space, a layer of protection that provides absolute peace of mind even when the device is out of reach!
📌 To activate the App Security feature, you just need to follow a few simple steps:
1️⃣ Tap on your profile picture in the top-left corner and go to “Settings”.
2️⃣ Tap on “Security”.
3️⃣ At the top, you'll find the “PIN & FACE ID” section, you can activate one or both of these protection layers based on your needs.
🔹 When activating PIN, the system will ask you to enter 4 digits, choose a code that is difficult to guess and preferably not to be the same as your device password.
🔹 Next, you can enable fingerprint or Face ID, depending on the different devices.
SOC Connect encourages you to activate both PIN and biometric authentication to ensure maximum safety for your private space!
Remember, the password is used to protect your account, while App Security protects the application right on your device.
And when these two layers of protection work together, your privacy will be stronger than ever.
