Affiliate Policy

This Affiliate Policy is developed to expand the business network and create sustainable cooperation opportunities between SOC JSC and individuals looking to earn additional income.

📌 General Regulations

  • Participants (Affiliates) must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
  • If the Affiliate is under 18, parental supervision is required.
  • Affiliates commit to using images and content provided by SOC JSC for business purposes only.
  • Affiliates commit to not being rude to customers, affecting the image and brand of SOC JSC.
  • Affiliates commit to selling products/services at prices provided by SOC JSC.

📌 Policies

Forms of Collaboration

Affiliates participate in the system under the affiliate model through their personal websites, specifically:

  1. Affiliates create their own free website on the platform canhan.vn and proactively build and update content to attract customers.
  1. The domain of this website is also the Affiliate's referral link, which is used to track orders.
  1. When someone visits this website and makes a purchase or uses the service, the system will automatically record it and credit the commission to the Affiliate's account according to the established policy.

Commission Rates (/order)

Commissions are calculated according to each Affiliate's website:

  • 10%: free website.
  • 30%: upgraded VIP website.

👉 If Affiliates have multiple websites, each website will have its own commission rate based on its state.

Note:

  • VAT is not included in the commission.
  • The 10% and 30% rates are defaults based on actual profit.
  • Some programs may apply different commission levels.

Tracking Commissions

Affiliates can track, manage, and control their affiliate marketing activities visually in the dashboard, which includes information such as order quantity and commissions.

All data will be updated in real-time, transparent, easily accessible, helping Affiliates proactively monitor their work efficiency and optimize their affiliate marketing strategies.

Payment Methods

  • Commission costs will be finalized from the 1st to the 30th (or 31st) of each month.
  • Finalized commission costs will be paid on the 10th of the following month.
  • SOC JSC will pay commissions based on the ID card information and bank account that the Affiliate registered earlier. Any changes must be updated promptly (10 days before payment).
  • Affiliates must pay personal income tax as per State regulations, and SOC JSC will withhold this at source and submit the tax on behalf of the Affiliate.
  • For settlement amounts over 2,000,000 VND/session, a 10% personal income tax will be withheld.
  • For settlement amounts below 2,000,000 VND/session, there will be no personal income tax.

📌 Affiliate Benefits

  • Affiliates do not incur any initial investment costs.
  • Free support for product/service knowledge.
  • For requests beyond the Affiliate's handling capacity, SOC JSC will assist in managing and resolving.

📌 Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Proactively promote and market products/services, seek and exploit potential customers.
  • Accurately use the information provided by SOC JSC to advise customers.
  • Affiliates must not give misinformation against SOC JSC's established policies or promise anything beyond what can be fulfilled or mislead in relation to products/services.
  • Affiliates are strictly prohibited from misusing the name of SOC JSC for illegal acts or activities that harm the brand and reputation of SOC JSC.
  • Affiliates must not accept any payments from customers during their tenure.
  • Affiliates must not introduce or lure SOC JSC's customers to another competing company in the same industry during their tenure.

📌 Prohibited Behaviors

  • Affiliates must not unilaterally change product/service prices.
  • Affiliates must not impersonate the company.
  • Affiliates must not promote or market products/services misleadingly.
  • Affiliates must not use the SOC JSC brand for personal purposes.

📌 Termination of Cooperation

SOC JSC reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the Affiliate when:

  • When the Affiliate violates the terms outlined in this policy.
  • When the Affiliate causes harm to the brand image of SOC JSC or affects customer rights.
  • When the Affiliate voluntarily requests to stop participating in the SOC JSC Affiliate Program.
  • When SOC JSC decides to terminate the entire Affiliate program.

Upon termination of the Affiliate's rights, SOC JSC is responsible for settling all remaining debts to the Affiliate, and any other benefits will be revoked.

📌 General Terms

  • SOC JSC reserves the right to adjust, update, and change the content of this policy at any time to align with actual circumstances and development directions. Any changes will be announced through official channels.
  • Affiliates are responsible for proactively monitoring, updating information, and fully complying with the latest policy regulations.
  • In case of disputes, the parties will prioritize resolving based on good faith and friendly cooperation, ensuring harmonious interests for all parties involved.
