Questions to send to the Chinese OEM
- Is the watch firmware closed or is there an OS running apps?
- Is there an official SDK/protocol? Is there sample code for iOS/Android?
- Is there the right to customize the firmware/UI (show QR, change language, onboarding flow)?
- Is there an OTA firmware update? Who controls the OTA?
- Data: can we retrieve raw data or just obtain the "results"?
- BLE security: bonding/encryption/anti-clone?
- Is there support for factory provisioning (serial/keys/QR per device)?
- MOQ/NRE/lead time, warranty terms, spare parts.
- Are there any test reports (CE/FCC…) and can you support the QCVN Vietnam kit?
