Guide to managing the Legal Video app
This is a detailed step-by-step guide to help admins manage the Legal Video app in a comprehensible and consistent manner.
The Legal Video application is built to provide authentic, transparent, and easily accessible legal content to users.
For the system to operate effectively, the role of the admin is extremely important. This is a detailed step-by-step guide to help admin manage the entire system in a comprehensible and consistent manner.
LOGGING IN AND GETTING FAMILIAR WITH THE SYSTEM
👉🏻 Access the link to the administration page at soc.tvphapluat.com and log in with your provided account.
👉🏻 After successfully logging in, the central administration interface will be displayed, including main areas such as content management, account categories, file libraries, and other system settings.
👉🏻 This will be where the admin performs all application management operations.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND POST APPROVAL
All news or videos posted on the system need to go through a vetting process to ensure accuracy and transparency, in accordance with legal guidelines.
When there is a new post, the admin needs to access the "Content" section, where the list of all posts in the statuses of "Draft", "Pending Review", "Published", and "Locked" will be displayed.
Admin can click on each post to view details such as content, title, image, and description…
For new posts that are in "Draft" status, after checking, the admin can proceed to:
- Approve the post by changing its status to "Published" for the content to be displayed on the application.
- Reject the post by changing its status to "Pending Review" if the content is unsuitable or needs editing.
Only approved posts will appear to end users, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of the platform.
LIVE STREAMING RIGHTS MANAGEMENT
The live streaming feature is only available for accounts that have been granted permission, helping to control the broadcast content and mitigate risks.
In the "Account Categories", admin can:
- View the list of all accounts.
- Toggle the live streaming rights for each account with just a few simple steps.
Specifically, to enable or disable live streaming rights, admin needs to:
- Click on the account to be modified.
- Scroll to the "Custom Settings" section at the end and select "Allowed to Live Stream" if you want to grant permission.
- Click save and you’re done!
If the admin wants to retract the granted live streaming rights, simply uncheck "Allowed to Live Stream".
When granted permission, the account will see the "Live Stream" feature on the Legal Video application, and conversely, they cannot continue to broadcast live if the permission has been revoked.
ADVERTISING BANNER MANAGEMENT
Banners are an essential component for transmitting information or promoting campaigns directly within the application.
In the "Banner" section of the "Content" menu, admin can:
- Add a new banner.
- Edit banner information.
- Delete unused banners.
To set up a new banner, admin needs to perform:
- Click the plus sign.
- Select the category where the banner should be displayed in the "Category ID" section.
- Check the "Activated" box in the "On Homepage", "In Video", "In Posts" sections if you want to display the banner in corresponding locations.
- Update the title, link, and image of the banner.
- Finally, review the information and change the status to "Published" to display the banner outside the application.
The banner will only display when it is set to "Published" status and activated in the correct position. Therefore, if the banner does not appear outside the application in the desired location, the admin should check these factors again.
In addition to banners, the admin can also manage, add, or adjust information for categories in a similar way in the "Categories" section in the "Content" menu.
Managing the Legal Video application is not only about performing technical operations but also ensuring that the quality control process of content and user experience proceeds smoothly.
Once the admin masters the steps for content management and user permission allocation, they can operate the system effectively - professionally - and safely.
