SOC JSC is committed to strictly adhering to regulations regarding the security of users' personal information. This policy applies to all products and services of SOC JSC, including the website, mobile applications, browser extensions, and other software solutions.

📂 Data Collection Mechanism

When users access the SOC JSC website, application, or extension, the system may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, cookies, and information that users voluntarily provide (email, registration forms, feedback, surveys, ...).

This collection is aimed at analyzing behavior, improving services, and better supporting users.

For Web3 applications and crypto wallets:

• SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any sensitive data related to users' digital assets.

• The application only processes necessary technical data (such as blockchain wallet addresses, signed transaction information, blockchain network data) to facilitate wallet connection and operation.

For decentralized applications (dApps):

• SOC JSC does not collect personal data.

• If any data is generated, it will be stored on the user's server, company, or their partners, and not directly collected or retained by SOC JSC.

📋 Scope of Use

The collected information (except for Web3/dApps as mentioned above) is only used for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and supporting users.

• Providing information about updated versions.

• Improving product content and interface.

• Conducting surveys and user behavior research.

• Carrying out promotional activities for services.

When necessary, SOC JSC may share information with trusted third parties for the above purposes but will ensure it is not used for unauthorized purposes.

⏳ Data Retention Time

• Personal information is stored until the user requests deletion or initiates the deletion process themselves.

• After the user requests or performs deletion, data will be put into a pending deletion state and will be permanently deleted from the system within the following 30 days.

• In other cases, data will continue to be secured on SOC JSC's server system.

👤 Access Rights

• Users have the right to request access, edit, or delete their personal data.

• Apart from SOC JSC and legitimate third parties, no one is allowed unauthorized access to personal information.

🗑️ Data Deletion Instructions

• All applications developed by SOC JSC have an integrated feature allowing users to actively delete their accounts. When an account is deleted, all related data will also be removed from the system.

• The account deletion function is usually located in sections like “Account → Delete Account” or “Settings → Delete Account”; users need to log in to access and use this feature.

• Additionally, users can request account deletion via email at support@socjsc.com. Note, the registered email address must be used to verify and process the request.

• After the account deletion request is made, the account will be temporarily locked for 30 days. During this time, users can request account recovery by emailing support@socjsc.com (using the email associated with the account).

• After 30 days, if no recovery request is made, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

🔒 Commitment

• SOC JSC commits not to rent or sell users' personal information to any third party.

• Personal information is only shared in cases:
  • With user consent;
  • At the legal request of competent authorities;
  • Or when necessary to provide services, with the condition that third parties only use the data within the allowed scope.

• For Web3 applications and dApps: SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any data that helps access digital assets. Users have complete control over their data and digital assets.

• SOC JSC strives to protect data through safety measures; however, a 100% guarantee cannot be made when transmitting over the Internet. Additionally, the SOC JSC website or applications may contain links to other websites not controlled by SOC JSC.
  In such cases, SOC JSC is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.
