SOC JSC is committed to strictly complying with regulations related to user privacy. This policy applies to all products and services of SOC JSC, including websites, mobile applications, Chrome Extensions, and other software solutions.

Data collection, processing, storage, and sharing may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the Data Transparency Table for each product below for specific information before reading the detailed explanations.

📂 Data Collection Mechanism

When users access the website, application, or extension of SOC JSC, the system may automatically collect certain technical data such as IP address, cookies, and information that users actively provide (email, registration forms, feedback, surveys, etc.).

This collection aims to analyze behavior, improve services, and better support users.

For Web3 applications and crypto wallets:

• SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any sensitive data related to users' digital assets.

• The application only processes necessary technical data (such as blockchain wallet addresses, signed transaction information, and blockchain network data) to support wallet connection and operation.

For decentralized applications (dApps):

• SOC JSC does not collect personal data.

• If data is generated, it will be stored on the user's own server, the company's server, or their partners, and will not be directly collected or retained by SOC JSC.

For AI-integrated applications:

• SOC JSC may collect contact information from users' devices when authorized. This data may be uploaded to the system at soc.socjsc.com to support connection and synchronization features.

• Additionally, some personal information (name, date of birth, gender, related data…) may also be sent to the AI system through SOC JSC’s platform or Personality Engine to assist with analysis, personalization, and enhancing service experience. In some necessary cases, data may be processed by third-party AI service providers under appropriate security and privacy standards.

📋 Scope of Use

The collected information (excluding Web3/dApp applications as mentioned above) will only be used for the purposes of:

• Answering questions and supporting users.

• Providing information about updates.

• Improving product content and interface.

• Surveying and researching user behavior.

• Conducting promotional activities.

When necessary, SOC JSC may share information with trusted third parties for the above purposes but will ensure it is not used for unlawful purposes.

⏳ Retention Period

• Personal information is stored until users request cancellation or perform deletion.

• After a user requests or performs deletion, data will be placed in a pending deletion state and will be completely deleted from the system within the next 30 days.

• In other cases, data will continue to be securely stored on SOC JSC's server system.

👤 Access Rights

• Users have the right to request access to, edit, or delete their personal data.

• Except for SOC JSC and lawful third parties, no one is allowed unauthorized access to personal information.

🗑️ Data Deletion Instructions

• All applications developed by SOC JSC have a built-in function that allows users to actively delete their accounts. When an account is deleted, all data related to that account will also be deleted from the system.

• The account deletion function is usually located in sections like “Account → Delete Account” or “Settings → Delete Account,” and users need to log in to access and use this feature.

• Additionally, users can request account deletion via email support@socjsc.com. Note that the registered email address must be used to verify and process the request.

• After the request for account deletion is made, the account will be temporarily suspended for 30 days. During this time, the user can request the account to be restored by sending an email to support@socjsc.com (using the email linked to the account).

• After the 30-day period, if no recovery request is made, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

🔒 Commitment

• SOC JSC is committed not to rent or sell users' personal information to any third party.

• Personal information is only shared in cases where:
  • The user has given consent;
  • Legal requests from competent authorities;
  • Or when necessary to provide services, provided that third parties only use the data within allowed scope.

• For Web3 applications and dApps: SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any data that allows access to digital assets. Users have complete control over their data and digital assets.

• SOC JSC strives to protect data with safety measures, but it cannot guarantee 100% security when transmitted over the Internet. Additionally, the SOC JSC website or application may contain links to other websites that are not controlled by SOC JSC.
  In such cases, SOC JSC is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.

📌 Specific Notes for Chrome Extensions

Chrome extensions developed by SOC JSC only require necessary permissions to perform the main functions of each extension. These permissions can include access to the active tab, running processing code on the page, downloading files to the device, providing options for actions from the right-click menu, or other technical permissions necessary for each specific function.

Unless specified in the Data Transparency Table for each product, SOC JSC's Chrome extensions do not collect personal information, do not store browsing history, do not sell user data, and do not transfer user data to third parties.

Some extensions may process web page content or technical data in the user's browser to perform the functions requested by the user. This processing is solely for the functionality of the extension and is not used for advertising, profiling users, behavioral analysis, or unrelated purposes.

Current Chrome extensions of SOC JSC include:

• SOC SnapPDF: an extension that helps users save the open webpage as a PDF file. The content of the webpage is only processed locally in the browser when the user actively exports the PDF.

• SOC Wallet: a Web3 wallet extension that helps users create and manage wallets and interact with supported blockchain networks. SOC Wallet does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any data that would allow access to users' digital assets. Sensitive wallet data is stored and processed on the user's device according to the security mechanism of the extension.
