The safest way to communicate is when the real parties involved sit together in a closed room, where no one else can intrude. There, there are no listening devices - no prying eyes - only the people who trust each other.
Some even choose to talk in a steam room, where they only wrap a towel and can't bring any devices. At this point, any risk of eavesdropping from the outside is completely eliminated, and the conversation returns to its essence - only absolute trust between the parties involved.
But in the reality of work and life, it is not always possible to meet face to face. If every time a meeting is scheduled, it has to be outside, it will be very inconvenient. Meanwhile, if you communicate through insecure online channels, the risk of an impersonator intruding is very real.

There are 02 very simple ways to verify:
1️⃣ Scan the QR code displayed on the other party's device.
2️⃣ Or you can select “Can't Scan” to switch to comparing the icons displayed on both screens, confirming and completing if the order is exactly the same.
Note, it is best to perform verification when meeting in person at a safe place!
Just Verify once, afterward - every time you contact using the verified device - you can feel secure in talking comfortably.
Of course, there will be users who choose to verify remotely, but remember that SOC Connect does not encourage this approach!
Because if you want to verify with someone but do not meet them in person, how can you be sure that the person on the other end is the “real owner”?
✅ Right after successful verification, the shield icon will turn green.
❌ But when a red shield appears, be careful!
Because SOC Connect allows users to log into the same account on multiple devices, the system will always check the authenticity of each device.
If you have verified with someone, the relationship between the two is considered reliable. But suppose one person logs into the account on a new device, they must verify the new device using the old verified device, this is called the bridging property.
If this process is not completed - it is very likely that the account has been accessed illegally!
In addition, SOC Connect also provides an advanced mode for group administrators:
- Go to the “Settings” in “Chat Room Details”.
- Scroll to the bottom and enable the option “Encrypt to verified sessions only”.
When this feature is turned on, as soon as a group member logs in on an unverified device, that person will be blocked from viewing new messages, while other members can still communicate with each other normally.
