For decentralized applications (dApps):

• SOC JSC does not collect personal data.

• If any data is generated, it will be stored on the user's, company's, or their partner's server, not directly collected or retained by SOC JSC.

For AI-integrated applications:

• SOC JSC may collect contact data from users' devices when authorized. This information may be uploaded to the system at soc.socjsc.com to facilitate connection and synchronization features.

• Additionally, some personal information (name, date of birth, gender, related data, etc.) may also be sent to the AI system through SOC JSC's platform or Personality Engine to assist in analysis, personalization, and enhancing service experience. In certain necessary cases, data may be processed by third-party AI service providers according to appropriate security and privacy standards.

📋 Scope of Use

The collected information (excluding Web3/dApps as mentioned above) is used solely for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and assisting users.

• Providing information on updates.

• Improving product content and interface.

• Conducting surveys and researching user behavior.

• Executing promotional activities for services.

If necessary, SOC JSC may share information with trusted third parties for the above purposes, ensuring it is not used for unauthorized purposes.

⏳ Data Retention Period

• Personal information is retained until the user requests deletion or performs the deletion themselves.

• After the user requests or performs the deletion, the data will be placed in a pending deletion state and will be completely removed from the system within the next 30 days.

• In other cases, data will continue to be securely stored on SOC JSC's server system.

👤 Access Rights

• Users have the right to request access, edit, or delete their personal data.

• Apart from SOC JSC and legal third parties, no one is allowed unauthorized access to personal information.

🗑️ Data Deletion Guidelines

• In all applications developed by SOC JSC, a built-in function allows users to actively delete their accounts. When performing this deletion, all data related to that account will also be removed from the system.

• The account deletion function is usually located in sections like "Account → Delete Account" or "Settings → Delete Account;" users need to log in to access and use this feature.

• Additionally, users can request account deletion via email support@socjsc.com. Note, it is necessary to use the email address registered with the account for the system to verify and process the request.

• After the account deletion request is made, the account will enter a temporarily locked state for 30 days. During this period, users can request to restore the account by emailing support@socjsc.com (using the email linked to the account).

• After the 30-day period, if there is no restoration request, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

🔒 Commitment

• SOC JSC is committed not to rent or sell users' personal information to any third party.

• Personal information is shared only in the following cases:
  • With users' consent;
  • Upon legal request from authorities;
  • Or when necessary to provide service, provided that third parties only use the data within allowed bounds.

• For Web3 applications and dApps: SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any data that helps access digital assets. Users have full control over their data and digital assets.

• SOC JSC strives to protect data with safety measures; however, it cannot guarantee 100% security during transmission over the Internet. Additionally, SOC JSC's website or application may contain links to other websites not controlled by SOC JSC.
  In these cases, SOC JSC is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.
