SOC JSC is committed to strictly complying with regulations concerning the privacy of users' personal information. This policy applies to all products and services of SOC JSC, including website, mobile applications, Chrome Extension, and other software solutions.

📂 Data Collection Mechanism

When users access the SOC JSC website, application, or extension, the system may automatically collect certain technical data such as IP address, cookies, and information users voluntarily provide (email, registration form, feedback, surveys, …).

This collection aims to analyze behavior, improve services, and better assist users.

For Web3 applications and crypto wallets:

• SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any sensitive data related to users' digital assets.

• The application only processes the necessary technical data (such as blockchain wallet addresses, signed transaction information, blockchain network data) for wallet connection and operation.

For decentralized applications (dApps):

• SOC JSC does not collect personal data.

• If data is generated, it will be stored on the user's, company's, or their partner's server, and will not be directly collected or retained by SOC JSC.

📋 Scope of Use

The collected information (except for Web3/dApps applications as noted above) is used solely for the purposes of:

• Responding to inquiries and assisting users.

• Providing information about updated versions.

• Improving product content and interface.

• Conducting surveys and researching user behavior.

• Carrying out promotional activities.

If necessary, SOC JSC may share information with trusted third parties for the above purposes but will ensure it is not used for improper purposes.

⏳ Data Retention Period

• Personal information is retained until the user requests deletion or performs the deletion operation themselves.

• After the user requests or performs the deletion, the data will be placed in a deletion pending state and will be entirely deleted from the system within the following 30 days.

• In other cases, data will continue to be safely stored on SOC JSC's server system.

👤 Access Rights

• Users have the right to request access, edit, or delete their personal data.

• Apart from SOC JSC and legitimate third parties, no one is allowed unauthorized access to personal information.

🔒 Commitment

• SOC JSC commits not to rent or sell users' personal information to any third party.

• Personal information is only shared in cases:
  • With the user’s consent;
  • By legitimate request from an authority;
  • Or when necessary to provide a service, provided that third parties only use the data within permitted limits.

• For Web3 applications and dApps: SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any data that enables access to digital assets. Users have full control over their data and digital assets.

• SOC JSC strives to protect data with safety measures; however, it cannot guarantee 100% security when transmitted over the Internet. Additionally, SOC JSC's website or application may contain links to other websites that are not under SOC JSC's control.
  In such cases, SOC JSC is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.
